MEMBERSHIP
A committee member may, during a leave of absence, seek a substitute for themselves during their period of time-off. If the Committee member is unable to secure a substitute member, then the designated committee may determine an alternate arrangement.
GOVERNANCE
The Executive Committee reserves the right to organize time-limited, ad-hoc committees to address special issues in the College of Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences, including elections.

The Executive Committee reserves the right and the responsibility to review all decisions made by Committees including, Curriculum & Standards, Grievance, Grants & Funds.
COMMITTEES
The Committee Chairperson is responsible for submitting an annual report to the Executive Committee which will be available on the CHASS Shared Governance website.
